Beautiful Bright 4 bdrm, 2 bath Cottage on Pristine Skeleton Lake - 4 C's - CALM, CLEAN, CRYSTAL-CLEAR!!

Don't miss out on this opportunity to vacation at a little piece of paradise known as 'Muskoka's Best Kept Secret'. Highly sought after pristine spring fed Skeleton Lake offers a gorgeous hard-packed safe, shallow sandy beach waterfront entry (ideal for young and old) into the calm, clean, crystal-clear water.
Venture Inside the cottage (perfect for large or small families), where modern living meets vintage Muskoka with this beautiful & bright newly renovated year round 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage. One bedroom is being used as a den with an L-shaped sofa that turns into a Queen bed. The open concept kitchen and tastefully decorated dining/living room, with ample seating provides the opportunity for friends and family to gather together for a cozy evening of games and entertainment in the living room or you can take advantage of den/TV room for more intimate groups.
Enjoy the stunning lakeside views from the comfort of inside or while relaxing on the large lakeside deck perfect for Al Fresco dining. Savour the warm summer evenings when relaxing on the dock or while enjoying roasting marshmallows by the soothing campfire. Enjoy a beverage and bask in the glow of the breathtaking sunsets that can entertain you endlessly.
Outside, to enjoy water activities, utilize the paddle boat, canoe, paddle boards, kayaks or just playing and swimming in the gorgeous lake. We call our beloved lake the 4 C's for the calm, clean and crystal-clear water. The water is so clear that you can swim with your eyes open under the water, or see clouds in the sky from beneath the water (see pictures!). If feeling competitive, enjoy some outdoor lawn games provided or play in the sand with the sand toys for the little ones.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, Jamie's cottage is clean, cozy, comfortable and well equipped with amenities. We started our days by using the paddle boards/kayak and ended them by watching the sunset on the dock. We loved spending our nights by the fire and using the hot tub. Can't wait to make an annual trip out of this location!

What a wonderful spot! The cottage was beautiful and clean! We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, especially on the days when the weather wasn't as nice. Loved kayaking on the lake and hiking the trail close by to see the waterfall. My only criticism was lack of storage in the cottage itself. We enjoyed the views, the quietness, and listening to all the birds.

Our family spent one week at this cottage, and it was beautiful. Skeleton Lake is so peaceful, serene, and clear. This is our fourth time visiting, and our second time at this college. Jamie was fantastic at keeping connected with us for anything we needed. The cottage itself is immaculate and modern. I highly recommend.

We were really satisfied with our cottage rental here on Skeleton Lake. As promised the lake water is clear and clean -the sand shore makes walking and swimming easy from the dock. We had a small motor boat which was easily moored to their dock and they had plenty of chairs for us to enjoy the sunshine+breezes.
The communication was excelllent with our host and our damage deposit returned prompltly. The cottage itself was comfortable and well laid out for a rental. Beds comfortable, couches new leather and the large dining table meant the 8 adults and one toddler could eat together at the same time. The kitchen was really suitable for us. As all of our meals were prepared there so we needed fridge space for drinks and meals. The dishwasher was a nice bonus so that we always had plenty of plates/bowls and cutlery.
The two Bathrooms were a plus for us, as was the laundry that was available.
We used the hot tub once per day and it was clean + cozily warm.
Around the property we enjoyed daily walks (sometimes to the marina for ice cream) and biked the nearby roads around three mile lake loop and around lake Roseau as well. The falls, at fish hatchery road were wonderful to swim under. We boated around the many bays and islands of skeleton, noting some crown land which you could picnic to and a cliff with tough rock climbing routes. The neighbours were friendly and quiet and we were able to park three cars across the road.
