Welcome to Walton's Beach!! A fun and friendly summer cottage community. Walton's is not your typical cottage community, everyone here has large parcels of land and it's a private access road so there's no heavy traffic, only cottagers!
Your cottage is located just One lot off the water, LITERALLY A 30 SECOND STROLL to fun in the sun. (see arial picture with arrow) Excellent swimming, boating, safe for kids, beautiful sandy beach, huge sand bars when tide is out for leisurely walks or ideal for a child's adventure land to discover and explore!
Cottage is a 3 bedroom (1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin) on a large lot, large front & back decks, Beautiful view of Confederation Bridge, Propane BBQ, fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, (Internet/WIFI 50mbps download, TV for NetFlix, Amazon Firestick, DVD/VCR only no cable or satellite or bring your own movies on USB drive), washing machine and clothesline. Linens supplied, including bath and beach towels. board games & washer toss.
5 Min to Confederation Bridge, 45 min Charlottetown, 1hr Moncton, 2 1/2hrs Halifax. Launch your boat 10 min down the road & anchor it at Walton's for your stay.
On a busy day you'll be lucky to find 100 people on the beach, many cottagers are simply relaxing with friends/neighbors or busy working on one of their many little cottage projects. If you're looking for a truly relaxing retreat, next to an amazing ocean playground where you won't constantly need to have one eye on the little ones, this is your destination! Your cottage is 1 family owned for over 40yrs and not part of a multi unit summer rental business, it's simple, rustic, clean and cozy with everything you need for your holidays.
When we're not renting we're here relaxing with our own kids. If you're looking for a 4star resort, keep searching. Having said that, why you want to be here is everything stated, with beach access out your front door to one of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Maritimes, location, location location!!!
