This vacation retreat is nestled on a quiet street and is perfectly located just a quick five minute walk to the beach. We are also a short walk to The Southampton Tennis Club, the main street of town and the Saugeen Rail Trail! Feel free to park the car and enjoy the convenience of being walking distance to breathtaking sunsets, the historic boardwalk, the quaint town of Southampton and of course our amazing beach! This spacious, clean and tastefully decorated home is wrapped in pine and boasts an open concept main floor with dining room, living room and kitchen. Features include 4 bedrooms (2 on the main floor, 2 on the second floor) each with a unique feel and a comfortable double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor), washer dryer, dishwasher, private backyard deck with BBQ, Smart TV (no cable), Wifi , Relax in the back garden and watch the birds or sit on the covered front porch with a cocktail!
ACCESSIBILITY: For those with limited mobility there are 2 small steps from the front door to access the main floor of the cottage.
