Drinking Water
Tap water is not potable. A filtered drinking water dispenser is provided for your convenience.
Parking
Free onsite parking is available.
Please do not park on the grass or septic system area.
Child Safety
The property is located directly on the waterfront. Children should always be supervised while outdoors.
Accessibility
The cottage is not wheelchair accessible.
Property Care
To help preserve the cottage and its natural surroundings for future guests:
• Dispose of garbage and recycling as instructed.
• Garbage must be securely bagged and placed in the designated bins to help protect local wildlife.
• Only septic-safe toilet paper may be flushed.
• Please do not pour grease, cooking oil or food waste down the kitchen sink.
• Please avoid moving furniture. If furniture is moved during your stay, kindly return it to its original location before departure.
• Please do not cut or damage trees or vegetation.
• Please respect neighbouring properties. The small island adjacent to the cottage is privately owned by our neighbours and is not part of the rental property. Trespassing on neighbouring land or the island is strictly prohibited.
• No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.
• Before departure, please leave the cottage reasonably neat and tidy and remove all garbage and recycling as instructed.
