LIVING AREAS
The house offers two spacious common areas perfect for relaxation and entertainment, one on the upper floor and the other on the bottom floor. The upper floor space allows for catching up, playing card games, family time, and music listening with record player. The space on the bottom floor features a smart TV, calling for movie nights or bingeing random YouTube channels. A bar with stools is also located at the back, allowing time to chat, cheer, and hang out. Let's not forget our high-speed wifi! OUTDOOR SPACE
The Serenity Cove is plotted on a 100x200 lot, which is all yours to discover. The walkout deck seats all our guests and is perfect for family gatherings or scary stories with the bonfire burning in the middle. The walkout basement presents a 90x95ft fenced space with a full-sized 6-person hot tub and sauna, making it perfect for furry friends to roam freely to burn off that energy while you relax. To the left of the deck lies a bonfire area, another area to relax while the fire is burning away. Straight of that is a volleyball court to get your game on. Situated in the back of the property is a river connecting directly to the lake and a serene spot to listen to the quietness the area offers.

| We had a wonderful stay at Aj's cottage. It was the perfect break from the city and the busy pace of everyday life. | We had an amazing stay at this cottage. The place was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great, the sauna got our sweat on, and the games room was a lot of fun; it really made the stay extra enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described. Aj was an awesome host to deal with. Very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

| Serenity Cove is serene indeed! Not only is this beautiful home situated on gorgeous property close by to the beach, our host Aj made our stay enjoyable, comfortable and easy! He is friendly, responsive and helpful, and was graciously accommodating. We had our first family vacation with the whole gang (dogs too!) and it was an unforgettable experience!
