The Serenity Cove is plotted on a 100x200 lot, which is all yours to discover. The walkout deck seats all our guests and is perfect for family gatherings or scary stories with the bond fire burning in the middle. The walkout basement presents a 90x95ft fenced space, making it perfect for furry friends to roam freely to burn off that energy. Located to the left of the deck lies a bonfire area, another area to relax while fire is burning away. Situated in the back of the property is a river connecting directly to the lake and a serene spot to listen to the quietness the area offers.

| Just spent an amazing weekend at this cottage in Port Franks! The host, Amarjot, was super responsive and helpful, which made everything a breeze.
The location is perfect and right next to the beach. The cottage has trees all around and a beautiful fire pit. The backyard is massive and great for playing games. We loved the hot tub, especially in the evenings after a day at the beach.
Inside, there's a full games room that kept everyone entertained. The whole place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. I'd 100% come back!

| My family stayed at Serenity Cove for a week at the end of summer of 2024, 3 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs, and all of us loved it! The layout of the cottage is great, it accommodated all of us very comfortably. The conversational deck is extremely cozy. Good taste for the interior design and the ACs can keep both floors at a nice chill temperature. The fully fenced backyard facing a calm creek was a delight for the dogs, who could watch the kids play volley in the grass without interfering with their game. Plus, the new game room was a good surprise because we closed the rent, that wasn't ready yet. The kids loved the basket arcade where you can setup multiple players. AJ was very responsive, nice and easy to do business with. We had an amazing time and recommend!

| AJ's place was beautiful! Very spacious backyard with a nice large sitting area on a raised deck. We spent lots of time in the yard gazing onto the beautiful woodlot and creek. The fenced yard was a plus for our dog, and proximity to the local park was great for our young kids. AJ was very accommodating and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay!
