Sunset Villa is a newly built bungalow nestled in a tranquil and secluded location within the picturesque Silver Birch Estates. Immerse yourself in the serenity of our secluded cottage, surrounded by a chorus of diverse birds, from the playful melodies of hummingbirds to the rhythmic tapping of woodpeckers creating a harmonious and enchanting atmosphere in nature. Visit Sauble Beach, Cobble Beach Golf, Sauble Golf, Bruce Peninsula National Park, & Tobermory. You will have access to upper level of the cottage. Note: Hot Tub usage during your stay is an added fee. Linens are an extra fee Or simply bring your own! Long weekends includes linens, pillows and hot tub with towels. | If you're looking for the perfect getaway with all the comfort and amenities of home this is the place to go.
From start to finish, this was a pleasurable experience. The hosts were very accommodating. Their prompt responses made booking a breeze. And they were very helpful and knowledgeable in suggesting fun and affordable activities for me and my family. Unfortunately, it ended up being a crazy weekend weatherwise so we didn't get to get out much. But that didn't stop us from having a great time. There were plenty of board games provided and of course free wi-fi to keep us all entertained. I am hoping to make this an annual thing. Thanks for everything!

| We had a wonderful stay at the sunset villa. It was very easy to communicate with Christina and she was very responsive too. She would usually reply instantly or within an hour.
The cottage had everything we needed for cooking, games for kids, fire pit and most importantly peace in the nature. It's a newly built cottage unlike other properties and we loved the esthetics too.
The cottage doesn't have an A/c as the listing also mentions it but we didn't feel the need of one either. The weather was pleasant and also there were fans around the house.
We would love to comeback.
