Denvic House and Loft in Northern Ontario

Denvic House is a 4-season private lakefront cottage that can sleep up to 12 guests. We have vacationers from all around the world join us to experience our private lake access. Denvic Lake does not allow public access so only home owners (there's 9 of us) have access. This provides our guests a unique lake experience, free from gawking eyes of neighbouring properties and noise. You and your family can sunbath, swim and celebrate while surrounded by old growth forest and unparalleled views. And bring your pets! Denvic House is per-friendly. We have a fully fenced-in yard that attaches to our wrap around deck so your furry friends never miss out on the fun. Despite being in the middle of the woods, we offer all the amenities from home. We have Starlink Internet to keep you connected, air conditioning, a dish washer, a washer and dryer, a smart tv and thankfully hydro! This is not an old-style camp. We offer all the amenities of a condo, but in the middle of a forest overlooking a lake.

Beside Denvic House sits Denvic Loft. The loft is included for groups over 6 and like Denvic House, is fully updated to make you feel like you're in a chalet in the Swiss Alps. For groups less than 6, the loft remains EMPTY so you can enjoy your stay in privacy. Denvic Loft is a 3-season cottage with 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms and yes, it also has views of the lake. In the photos, the loft is the cottage above our 2-car garage. Despite the loft being 3-season, we have many groups that still rent it out in the winter months. It doesn't have running water when snow hits but is still a very comfortable stay for larger parties, many looking to snowmobile or icefish or just get away.
