Situated on the shores of beautiful Lorimer Lake you'll discover our family owned, fully renovated cottage. Lakehouse Pines is located only 20 minutes from picturesque Parry Sound, Ontario. For your convenience, our cottage features a level ground entrance and ample room for parking. What you can expect. Lakehouse Pines includes a newly added, three season heated sunroom with comfortable seating including a game table overlooking the lake. Inside you'll discover a completely renovated open concept living and dining room. Experience a modern kitchen complete with all of the luxuries of home. Stovetop, oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Also included with your stay is a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker. Our cottage sleeps 6 people in three newly designed bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms feature queen beds. The third bedroom conveniently provides two twins. You'll sleep well knowing you're resting on new Hilton DreamStar mattresses. Enjoy Convenience. Bedrooms heated with baseboard heaters, main living area heated / cooled via Mitsubishi Electric HVAC. Bedding, pillows, towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishes, cutlery, cooking pans, utensils, games, puzzles, pencil crayons, and cards are all included with your stay.
Outside amenities.
Guests are invited to enjoy a flat sandy area for badminton and volleyball as well as a firepit and benches - perfect for smores and spooky stories.
Access to the water is easy. Jump off from the dock or from the sandy beach area. The choice is yours.
Be sure to bring your fishing rod too. There are loads of fish to be caught right from the dock. As a valued guest, you'll also have full access to a stand up paddle board, three kayaks, one canoe, paddles, and adult sized life jackets (to be used at your own risk). Bring your own life jackets for children.
Soak up the sunshine and gorgeous views from the expansive wraparound deck. Comfy new muskoka chairs and stylish safety glass railings make for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day.
A little bit about Parry Sound.
Located only 20 minutes from Lakehouse Pines, discover Parry Sound's excellent shopping as well as a variety of coffee shops including Tim Hortons and Starbucks. If big box is what you need, Parry Sound has a large Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, Home Hardware, and Home Depot.
There are also loads of fast food restaurants, waterfront dining, a brewery, wine bar, and a distillery to experience. Georgian Bay boasts a stunning waterfront walking path as well as a meticulously maintained public beach with washrooms, showers, and a park.
While you're downtown, we highly recommend a visit to the Bearly Used Bookstore, as well as the
gift, and decor stores - Harris Furniture and Decor and Huckleberry's are a fan favourite.
Lastly, we recommend booking a tour onboard The Island Queen cruise for the best views that Georgian Bay has to offer.
Rental is weekly - from Saturday to Saturday

| Lakehouse Pines was exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect. Cose to attractions and Parry Sound, but still peaceful and right on the lake.
The cottage is amazing, with both a dock to jump off and a sandy walk-in area that's great for kids and just relaxing. Having access to kayaks and a paddleboard was great for exploring the shores.
Everything inside was brand new and beautifully decorated. It really felt like a home away from home. I loved spending time in the sunroom with a coffee and a view of the lake. The deck is huge, and the new Muskoka chairs were our go-to spot to hang out any time of day.
Our family of four had the best time, and we're already planning to come back next year. Thanks for an awesome stay!

| Our recent cottage stay was absolutely wonderful!
The lake was very peaceful and the water was clean and calm. We took advantage of the kayaks provided and used the fire pit several times during out stay. The deck was a perfect spot to enjoy the view and relax after a swim or paddle.
Inside the cottage, it was super clean, well organized and we had more than enough space for ourselves and our 2 children. We spent tons of time in the sun room with the windows open playing games, reading or relaxing with a drink after the kids went to bed.
Jennifer made it easy to book our stay was great with communication. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

| A beautiful cottage on the waters edge of Lorimer Lake. Amazing morning views, amazing sunsets! Bonfire sanded area for volleyball and fun activities. Sitting area outside on the deck is spectacular. Water is clean and easy access down to the dock from the cottage. The cottage has a sunroom that is wonderful for quiet time from the main area of the cottage. It's perfect for sitting and reading, playing games and just having a nap! The owners have done a fantastic job bringing together all the comfort of home away from home. We loved it here and can't wait to come back next summer!

| Amazing stay! We had the best 6 nights staying at Lake Pines. This cottage has it all. Fully renovated, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, aircon, firepit, canoe, stand-up paddleboard, dock and great fishing right off the dock. Its quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Jennifer's attention to detail in making sure your stay is perfect in every way. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

| This was our first stay at this lovely cottage and it won't be our last. Views of the lake from the cottage deck were breathtaking, so picturesque. Lake Lorimer is fabulous for swimming and kayaking and just lounging about in the water. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the sun room, so cozy and comfortable. This cottage has all of the amenities we needed for our vacation getaway with a full kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Jennifer our host was amazing in answering all of our questions quickly and was extremely helpful with knowing the surrounding area. Thank you Jen for sharing your beautiful cottage with my family. We look forward to future stays.
