*I am fully bilingual in French and English Welcome to my home! Situated next to the famous Parlee Beach, this house features three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double beds), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with work space (desk) and a full bath including washer and dryer. The large backyard has a fire pit under a gazebo surrounded by benches, a patio with dining set, lots of room for the children to run around. Ample parking on site. This is the perfect location for anyone whether looking for adventure or a relaxing getaway! Bicycle and waking trails start at the end of the street. Walking distance to the beach where you can spend the day relaxing or play beach sports, build sandcastles and take a swim in the warm water. Neptune Drive In Theatre only 400 meters away! Park your car at 6:00 pm to choose the perfect spot and walk home to have supper and walk back at dusk! Don't forget to make a stop at our Giant Lobster and Homarus Centre (9.5km/ 10 minutes), the old train station museum (3.5km/6 minutes), and the Point Du Chêne Wharf (3.6km/6 minutes)
If you like to play board games, you must absolutely visit Le Moque-Tortue Bistro/Games (2.9km/5 minutes)
Are you a golfer? Book your tee time at Pine Needles Golf and Country Club! New Brunswick's only 36 holes golf course!
Looking for a place to stay close to sporting events, concerts and shows? You will be approximately 30km/25 minutes away from the Avenir Center, the Capitol Theatre, Moncton Stadium and YQM Country Festival!
Other must sees in close proximity include Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park (69km/1 hour drive), the Fundy Trail Provincial Park (168km/2 hour drive), Fundy National Park (115km/1h15m drive), Kouchibougouac National Park (85km/1 hour drive) and other Parks Canada sites and Provincial Parks close by.
In the nearby Greater Moncton Area you will find many shopping including Champlain Place Shopping Center and Bass Pro (30km/20 minutes), Costco (29km/20 minutes) and many beautiful and interesting boutiques, markets, gift shops galleries etc.
The Magnetic Hill Zoo and Magic Mountain Water Park (38km/25 minutes), Resurgo Place Museum and Discovery Center (30km/21 minutes), and TreeGo at the beautiful Centennial Park (33km/30 minutes) will delight all ages!
In case of rainy days, take a trip to the Sky Zone Trampoline Park (32km/26 minutes), Hop Skip Jump Playspace (34km/25 minutes), Cineplex Cinemas (two locations in Moncton) or Fit Rocks Climbing Gym (40km/27 minutes).
Why not take advantage of our central location and visit our neighbouring provinces of Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia! Only a short drive to the Confederation Bridge (71km/45 minutes), the Nova Scotia Border (75km/45 minutes) and Halifax (275km/2h40m).
