This three bedroom one bathroom, newly renovated cosy cottage has all the amenities that you need to get away and enjoy the outdoors with your family. With your yeah own dock and access to waterfront there's also a paddleboat and canoe so you can get out on the water. Campbellford has everything you need including major banks, beer, store, liquor, store, convenience, stores, grocery stores, home, hardware, Rona, Giant Tiger, Dollarama. There's also the provincial park to visit the Empire cheese factory, world famous chocolate, among some of the landmarks to visit along with the towns famous Toonie located right beside the river in town.
