Charleston Lake is located in South Eastern Ontario, north east of Gananoque. Renowned for its crystal-clear deep waters, variety of wildlife and excellent fishing, Charleston Lake has over 100 miles of shoreline and over 100 islands. The property is located 30 minutes from Brockville, 80 minutes from Ottawa and 35 minutes from Kingston.

This charming and clean 3 season cottage sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms (1 - King w/ 2 twins, 1 - queen), 1 bathroom, well equipped kitchen, games, BBQ with supplied propane and large boathouse deck for evening dinners or afternoon cocktails. Enjoy excellent swimming, kayaking and fishing right from the dock or an evening fire listening to the loons. Our cottage is west facing providing the most spectacular sunsets.

The cottage is located on beautiful Loon Bay, close to the village of Charleston where there are 2 full-service marina's, with a small selection of groceries, water, giftshop, fuel and ice cream! The town of Athens is a quick 10min drive where there is a grocery store, LCBO, restaurants and great bakeries.

Linens and towels: Each bed has a clean mattress cover, pillows and comforter/duvet. You will need to bring: bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face cloths plus dish towels, dish cloths.

-Water supply from lake - although it is safe to cook/dishes/brush teeth etc., we strongly recommend you bring drinking water. 5 gallon jugs available at both marinas and there is a dispenser for use. There may be extra jugs in the cottage but cannot be guaranteed.
