Welcome to our oasis located on 1.5 acres of prime waterfront property. This spacious 4 bedroom year-round cottage features modern, luxurious amenities and all new furnishings. We have put a great deal of love and care into our cottage and are so happy to be sharing it with you.
- The cottage has 1800 square feet of living space with central air conditioning and over 250 feet of water frontage.
- Enjoy breathtaking views from the sunny walkout deck, the lower deck or the dock, especially the golden sunsets-or jump right into the water!
- Spend evenings huddled around the fire pit, gazing at stars.
- A true luxury escape into the wilderness, while still 15 minutes away from convenient amenities (groceries, LCBO, restaurants).
- Guests are free to swim, fish and canoe directly from your own private dock with direct access to miles of waterways. Enjoy and make memories with friends and family.
GUEST ACCESS
- The entire way to the cottage is fully paved on public roads-no need for an offroad vehicle to access this cottage.
- The Cottage is accessed conveniently by paved road the whole way through and has private parking enough for 6-8 cars.
- Guests will access the Cottage via electronic lock. Lock code will be provided before check in.
- Located conveniently 2.5 hours from Toronto.
Note: At least one responsible adult above the age of 25 must be present.
THE SPACE
The moment you enter the cottage, you will feel the warmth and comfort. A huge foyer will welcome you followed by a large open concept floor plan which includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. You will be comfortable, rain or shine as the living space has all the comforts of a modern house:
- HVAC, forced air heating, AC and ceiling fan in the living room
- Starlink high speed WIFI-perfect for uninterrupted streaming, and working remotely (Teams and Zoom calls are no problem).

KITCHEN
- Chef's kitchen with plenty of counter space, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary small appliances (including coffee maker).
- Kitchen is stocked with cookware essentials as well as cleaning supplies
- Full stock of tableware that includes cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, bowls, serving dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.
BEDROOMS & WASHROOMS
- The cottage features four bedrooms and sleeps eight people.
- Master bedroom has a large queen size bed, nightstands, walk in closet, dresser and shelves. It has an in-suite washroom.
- Second bedroom has a double/full sized bed, two nightstands and a closet.
- Third bedroom has a double/full sized bed, two nightstands, a small desk, dresser and coat rack
- Fourth bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand and closet.
- Luggage racks available in each room.
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA
- The living room entertainment area consists of a very comfortable sofa and chairs, smart TV for watching your favorite movies and shows, and a fully stocked games cabinet featuring playing cards and board games.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA
- Walk-out to the backyard that leads to fire pit by the water followed by the walk-up access to water
- The cottage is located on a gorgeous Canadian shield rock peninsula and the dock is extremely private (neighbors are not visible from dock).
- Two canoe and related gear are available for guests' unlimited use.
- Fire pit and wood allocation available for guest use as well.
- The cottage is located on a large bay off the Magnetawan river system and is a great spot for fishing.
