This cottage is located on the beautiful and very desired Balsam Lake, known as the pearl of Kawarthas;
The Cottage have 3 bedrooms (total of 2 queen beds, 1 double bed) and 1 bathroom, a four season waterfront cottage with stunning sunrise views. Area is very secluded and private, Great for swimming, fishing and boating. the place is the perfect place for small families to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake and nature; the cottage have 33' feet of water front, lime stone bottom, shallow waterfront 1-4 feet, decreasing slowly, the water level is 5-7 feet deep at 100-160 feet from the shore, the water is crystal clear, no weeds; the cottage is about 6 mins to Balsam Lake Provincial Park, and about 12-15 mins to Coboconk Village, where you can find a couple restaurants, a supermarket, Tim's Horton, subway restaurant, gas station, liquor store, beer store, a home hardware store, small park, etc.
To swim in the lake, you will need water shoes, as the bottom of the lake is solid lime stone, and some small loose rocks.
