Introducing Snugly Valley, your retreat away from the bustle of city life, nestled in the serene beauty of Ompah, North Frontenac. Initially, a house was built in 1914 by a Scottish immigrant who, at that time, owned about 300 acres of local land. The original owner passed away in 1986. The current family bought a house in 2023 and gave the house and land new life, trying to keep some pieces of the original property. Unique living room ceiling, living room pocket doors, and a statue of a lion that keeps the original family coat of arms make Snugly Valley a part of Canadian legacy. With the help of local creators, we designed a warm and inviting space for your entire family, boasting three bedrooms thoughtfully designed for 6 adults & 2 kids but can to accommodate up to 10 guests, including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed. For a cozy stay, you'll find modern amenities such as a 6 person's Outdoor Atlantic series Hot tube with scenic river views, a bathtub, power massage shower heads, and essential conveniences like Wi-Fi, heating, and AC.
Step outside to discover a stunning outdoor oasis designed for relaxation and play. From a gazebo with mosquito nets to an outdoor gaming room featuring a 3-in-1 table, endless entertainment awaits you. Kids will love the large playground, while the organized fire pit area sets the tone for memorable evenings under the stars.

When outdoors, you will have a gazebo with mosquito nets, a gaming room with a pool table, tennis & gaming table, and another with a sitting area. There is a large kids' playground, an organized fire pit area, a vast outdoor area, a dock, and access to a private canoe/kayak launch (we provide a canoe, kayak, two kids' kayaks, and one inflatable paddle boat). A plastic fishing boat and fishing kayak are available for an additional price. At night, enjoy a solar-powered lighting show.
