Watch the sunrise as you sip your morning coffee on the deck, stroll the 7.5 acres of bush leading to ATV / snowmobile trails, paddle the kayaks/paddle boards to explore the serenity of the lake, or enjoy a cocktail at the dockside bar then relax in the hot tub before going inside to the theatre room to watch a movie on the big screen tv! There's enough room for you, and all your mates to sleep, play, and eat in this spacious home.
Spacious 6 bedroom home, that comfortably suits friends and family. Feel right at home with plenty of seating to relax (indoor & outdoor) and multiple entertainment spaces for meals, games, and making memories.
Be sure to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces - you'll have access to multiple decks, the dock, and the 3 seasoned screened porch, perfect for bug free dining or cocktails, while taking in the fresh air!

BONUS: You're only a short drive away from the town of Bancroft for access to restaurants, local shops, gas, groceries, and LCBO. Private trail leads directly to ATV trails. In winter, frozen lake leads directly to OFSC trails.
Per night price is for up to 13 guests. There will be an additional $50 charge per guest per night. Please select the correct number of guests and their ages so we know how many beds are needed to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

| 1st visit Spacious and stunning furnishings, decor and amenities Host very responsive, provides everything. eg -Large kitchen accommodates 2/3 'chefs', has mountain of cutlery, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, herbs and spices Array of condiments . Keurig/drip coffee with Tcups and coffee/filters Sandwich press and other cooking devices Did not have opportunity to try all during week-long visit -Theatre/games room with DVD library and Playstation/games MW/popcorn (provided) with holders/toppings -Ample comfy lakeside seating, plus shaded area Small fridge/freezer at cabana/bar -Swimming/boating ideal on small/shallow warm lake No water skiing/power boats, so calm Floating deck 30 = area to sun/enjoy view Catch/release fish dockside (fishing rods provided!)
