Come and view this three bedroom cottage on beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. The lake is part of a water system that allows for 90 km of boating. Located on the west shore in a small bay with good privacy from the road with a long driveway through trees . It is a shallow entry into clear water at the shore. The bottom is weedfree and hard sand.
Enjoy time on the lower deck or on the dock. Swim out to the swimraft for fun or additional sunbathing.
There is a swimraft, paddleboat and canoe for your enjoyment. Contents of the cottage are included with the sale .
There is a wrap around deck around three sides of the cottage. The barbecue is new in 2024. There is an outside dining table for your meals or for playing cards and games.
The inside features pine walls that extend a story and a half to give an open comfy feeling. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to get started. There are three good size bedrooms. One has a queen size bed, one has a double bed and the other room has a set of bunk beds. (double on bottom, twin on top)
Each room comes with dressers and side tables. In the TV area is a newer queen size futon for additional sleeping. The TV is currently Satellite TV. The woodstove has been certified. The bathroom is a three piece . The vanity and toilet have been replaced recently.
The sunporch has two walls of windows and a good seating area. This is a great spot if you are looking for quiet time away from the rest of the cottage.
There is a shed in the driveway and a pumphouse with additional storage closer to the lake.
The cottage sits on cement pillars. We have been told the place can easilty be converted to a four season by closing in the bottom and adding more insulation. The main road is well kept during the winter for access.

Located on the opposite side of the lake to the highway and is about 400 metres in from the road. There are trees between the neighbours for privacy.
