GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire property, except the garage. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles comfortably (possibly a 4th vehicle depending on size). Row boat not available to guests. Fire table in sunroom not functional at this time.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests MUST remove all their garbage off the premises at the end of your stay. $25 per bag shall apply for any garbage left behind and for our cleaners to dispose of it for you.

HOT TUB: Please note that our hot tub is serviced regularly. Our maintenance personnel may visit the property to service the hot tub - this may happen during your stay. Due to their busy schedule, we cannot confirm an exact date or time. They do not need to enter the home and they will only be on the exterior. It should take no more than 15 mins. Thank you for understanding
All guests MUST rinse before entering the Hot Tub. Absolutely no bubble bath products, soaps, sunscreen, oils, debris, glassware, or breakables can be used in the hot tub. $500 fee for damage or mis-use of the hot tub including spillage of excess water.
Cameras located on the exterior at the front door and back door
The AC thermostat is adjusted remotely. Please let us know if you would like the temperature adjusted.
Swimming Conditions: Water is clean, clear and good for swimming, however, please note the water is NOT shallow nor still and children must always be supervised. The current can be strong from time to time and is always moving. Life jackets required by law for ALL guests.
The water is a relaxing lazy river with 9km/hr speed limit - no speed boats but there are pontoon boats. Ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding.
Property is not secluded. Neighbours are near but rarely seen.
Extra care of the septic is required. Flush only limited toilet paper.
Drinking water is river water. It is double filtered and therefore water is safe to drink. We also provide a water cooler if you prefer.
Dishware: We recommend guests pre-wash glasses and dishware before use. It is the guest's responsibility to clean all dishes and cooking utensils at the end of their stay. Our cleaners do their best to look over everything but we are also conscious of keeping guest cleaning fees down. Thank you for understanding.
Cleaning fee includes sanitization of the hot tub before and after every guest.
