**land not included Square Footage: 400 sq. ft. Dimensions: 14 x 28 ft Experience four-season, sustainable living with this 400 sq. ft. tiny/ modular home. Perfectly tailored for flexibility, this eco-friendly home offers exceptional comfort and functionality and is fully off-grid. Can also be converted to on-grid and to standard plumbing and septic (currently using a grey-water system). We have plans for the house and foundation that have been drawn by a licensed designer- these could be provided to take to your local building department.
*land is not included and will need to be relocated for an additional price. We have contacted a trucking company that is able to transport the house, if interested. The cost for relocation will also include a few days to reassemble on your site. Please see the rough drawing of the components of the house and how it can come apart. The middle section/module of the house comes apart to allow it to fit under power lines/bridges during transport and then there are the two end modules that stay intact.
- House is currently on concrete piers. The foundation we suggest is a pier system: 12 small concrete posts in the ground that will support the corners and floor beams. Slab foundation and perimeter foundations could also be made to work.
**Key Features:** ? Custom-Built Design: Tall ceilings and open-floor design creates a spacious feel and ample natural light. Its modular design allows for customization and expansion to meet your unique needs. ? Modern Kitchen: Features custom cabinetry, cherry countertops, a propane-powered stove, and a DC-powered fridge. ? Energy Efficient with Solar Panels: The home is fully insulated and is outfitted with energy-efficient windows and appliances, a Separett composting toilet, a wood stove, and a utility loft above the kitchen that holds an on-demand hot water heater powered by propane and a 500-gallon water holding tank. Solar panels, batteries and inverter allow the house to be fully off-grid (included in the purchase of the house). ? Outdoor Living: A detachable screen porch extends your living space outdoors (included in the purchase of the house)
