This 4 bedroom 1 bathroom waterfront cottage offers a long-term option for a lovely winter and spring.
In winter, there are several active activities you may enjoy : sliding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and skating on the lake. On the summers, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and hiking are provided.

The cottage is also perfect for distant working. Its equipped with an high speed internet service, 500 mb/s TELUS FIBE

Watercraft as well as jackets are furnished.
Kayaks, pedalo, paddle board, rowboats.

The cottage is on the shore of Lake Georges with an access to the private dock in an intimate bay.
The cottage is fully furnished, with crockery, bedding, stove, fridge, television, wood and electric heating.


There is also a garage and a shed with a terminal for electric cars. One rowboat is at your disposal for enjoying lake activities such as fishing.

Close to the hiking national trail on Mount Otis and on the Batiscan River, the ?5 dollar falls? and ATV trails in the woods (Trail 23).
