This 4 bedroom 1 bathroom waterfront cottage offers a long-term option for winter and spring.
Several sports activities offered in winter (sliding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and skating on the lake) and summer (swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking).

The chalet is on the shore of Lake Georges (no motor boat) with access to the private dock in an intimate bay.
The chalet is fully furnished, with crockery, bedding, stove, fridge, television, electric and wood heating.


There is a garage and a shed at your disposal with terminal for electric car. One rowboat is at your disposal for a walk or fishing on the lake.

Close to the national trail for hiking on Mount Otis and the Batiscan River, "the 5 dollar falls" and ATV trails for hiking in the woods (Trail 23). Come and admire nature in all its splendor.
