Gentle sloping lawn from cottage to Eagle Lake, sandy beach with shallow entry including fire pit, large dock with patio furniture, water toys include 2 canoes, 2 paddle boats, 2 kayaks. Boat ramp and play park across the lake, 5 minute walk or paddle. Large 2 level separate cottage, with 2 complete kitchens, living rooms. Upper level has 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 1 bunk bed)and 1 bathroom with tub/ shower
Lower level has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with shower
Grand decks everywhere, 1 direct connect BBQ upper level deck. Gazebo (glassed in) access from lower deck
Eagle Lake store is a 5 minute walk which is a full service grocery store, with fuel and most importantly LCBO.
Drilled well for excellent drinking water.
Sir Sams ski and bike is a short drive away.
