Newly renovated, family-friendly, 4 bedroom lakehouse on 2 acre property on Lower Apsley Lake. Only a 2 minute drive from the town of Aspley with local amenities. The property showcases a beautiful private waterfront with a large private dock, large lawn, a deck with dining, and sweeping lake views throughout. Winter activities: - 6-8 people hot tub - Tobogganing on property - ATV/ snowmobile trails - Cross-country skiing - 3 Provincial Parks - Ice skating - Ice fishing - Indoor fireplace The space Aspley Lake House features two levels. The main level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, large open living and dining space with high ceilings and lake views and a well stocked kitchen. The lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry, TV room, and walkout towards the lake. Both upstairs bedrooms feature private balconies, and a downstairs bedroom offers a patio deck with seating and a walkout towards the lake.
The house is well suited to families and friends, for a perfect getaway. The deck offers dining for six people and covered seating (with additional seating to accommodate 10). The dock has 4 comfortable chairs and panoramic views. Sunsets and starry nights abound. Work and play with high speed 5G internet.
The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing (plenty of bass & sun fish!) kayaking, and paddling. Kayaks and paddle boards will be provided, with life jackets. Enjoy cozy evenings around the fire-pit all year round, but guests must follow local fire restrictions and safety guidelines. All guests must abide by local noise by-laws.

Well water on the property is drinkable and pottable. Some guests prefer to bring their own water bottles if they do not prefer the taste of well water. Guest access Full year: Free parking for the cottage is available (no inside garage parking available). There is ample parking on the driveway for up to 10 cars.
For winter: The laneway leading to the cottage is regularly maintained by the municipality and plowed.
Never attempt to step out unto the frozen lake near the dock when temperatures have not been ideal for ice fishing. Other things to note Local amenities:

- Dump is a 3 min drive from property. Clear trash bags will be provided, but we ask guests to take their trash to the dump with them upon checkout.
