Gorgeous new modern build cottage on Crystal lake, about 25 minutes outside of Bobcaygeon. Featuring 4 bedrooms + winterized bunkie and 3 bathrooms, this serene property offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Sleeps up to 18 (max 16 adults). Fully winterized, year-round availability. Excellent location for access to many snowmobile trails. Access/road is fully maintained in the winter.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped lot that leads down to the private shoreline. Entry into the water is very gradual/shallow - perfect for kids to splash around in! Enjoy various water activities (kayaks, SUPs) or simply relax on the dock. The outdoor BBQ area with table and chairs allows your family to enjoy meals in the fresh air. As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars!
The main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generously sized island with sink and dishwasher. There are heated floors throughout the dinning/kitchen area. The dining area can accommodate up to 20 around 2 large harvest tables. Enjoy lounging around the gas fireplace in the living room.
The cottage is 1.5 levels with minimum stairs (8 steps to get into the upper level)

| Cozy and Peaceful Lake Cottage ? A Perfect Getaway!
We had the most relaxing stay at this charming lake cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the serene setting, breathtaking views, and cozy atmosphere. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home.
Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake, and evenings were perfect for unwinding by the fire pit. The private dock was a huge bonus?we enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
If you're looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

| I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The highlight was definitely the sauna and hot tub! Both were clean, easy to use, and made for the ultimate relaxation experience.
The cottage itself was cozy yet spacious, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a charming outdoor space that was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for everything.
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch amenities, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

| My family and I had the best time at this cottage! If you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the city - I highly recommend. The hosts did a great job of accommodating our group - the property was super clean! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna as well. We will definitely be back in the summer!
