The cottage is on our private 100 acres. Hike, snowshoe, ski, swim, and snorkel in paradise!The cottage is located on a quiet dead-end road in the most sought after beach community in Georgian Bay! The properties are massive providing quiet and peaceful settings. The cottage has three bedrooms, a living room, den, kitchen, and a bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms have double-sized beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa double-sized fold-out bed. There is a 55-inch smart television in the living room. The cottage has a high end cherry and maple wood kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, full-size oven, four-burner cooktop, washer/dryer, plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave. The cottage also has a wood-burning stove with a glass viewing door. The bathroom is a three-piece with a bathtub/shower.
