Beautiful cottage/ house in Caissie Cape Acadian Shore. Nearest body of water : Northumberland Strait, waterview, 5 mins walk to a sandy beach and fisherman warf. When the tide is low there's several sand bars for children to play. 30 mins drive to Moncton, 20 mins drive to Bouctouche (Pays de la Sagouine) and 20 mins to Shediac. Close to Prince Edward Island.
A short drive to a small market store (Les Digues) with fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods and meat as well a seafood market (Caissie Seafood)
Included:
Heat and air conditioning (mini split)
Washer and dryer and clothesline
Linens, dishes and cutlery, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster provided.
Internet access, cable, television
BBQ, firepit, tree house for kids. Large lot
Weekly: $1500.00 per week, rates are based on up to 4 persons
From Saturday check in 3:00 pm to Saturday check out 11:00 am
If you want to reserve the cottage we require 50% deposit and the balance is due upon arrival
