Our quiet and quaint 1000 sq ft cottage is the perfect escape for your vacation.
This is not just a rental property, this is our home away from home, so we hope you love it as much as we do.
Located on Cotnam Island, just outside the lovely town of Pembroke, ON.
This bright and airy cottage had two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. there is also a cot available with a proper twin mattress for comfort. The newly renovated three piece bathroom, is clean and bright. There is a lovely and comfortable screened in porch so you can still enjoy the view of the river and have fresh air on rainy days. The windows of the dining area and the living room overlook the river, the views are absolutely stunning.
Enjoy your coffee and breakfast from the screened in porch, back deck or closer to the water at the fire pit.
The waterfront is private, sandy beach and you have about 70 ft to enjoy. The are two kayaks for use, includes paddles and life jackets.
Amenities include a BBQ, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, full size fridge with freezer, oven/stove top, air fryer, toaster, microwave, kettle, smoothie blender, smart TV, internet (satellite) with good connection.
Of course we are DOG FRIENDLY, please just advise us you're bringing your fur child(ren).
