A treed private lane will give you access to 11 Dhillon Lane, our Blue Coastal Cottage renovated in 2024-2025 which added style and quality while maintaining traditional cottage charm, it is perfectly suited for a family or a couple's getaway. The wrap around deck with large sitting/ dining area, the sunroom with deck or the large deck just feet from the water's edge with firepit are all designed for you to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise or sunsets, sipping your favorite beverage with friends or family, eating your favorite succulent seafood or just soaking in the beautiful endless water view by yourself. It will definitely generate memories that will last a life time.
Located 75 feet from the warmest water's North of Virginia the Northumberland Straight is awesome for swimming, boating (marina just 400 meters away access to boat launch), walks on the beach and much more... And only 10 minutes drive from Aboiteau Beach and/or Parlee Beach.
Our coastal cottage is nested between Cap-Pele and Shediac providing some of the best seafood restaurants available. Or if preferred, walk to the wharf or Gagnon Seafood and buy it fresh.

The Cottage is equipped with new central air heat pump cooling / heating, wood stove, fully equipped gally kitchen including all cutlery, pots/pans, etc to create your perfect meal. Also included is an outdoor propane BBQ grill.
To ensure plenty of rest and privacy the house provides 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch in a private living room.
Quiet time can be enjoyed in many rooms including the Sunroom, Living room with waterfront view, Foyer with waterfront view or Game/Living Room with access to TV-Bell FibreOp premium package.
Also includes two full bathrooms, Washer and Dryer, lots of storage for personal items and access to outdoor shed for the kid's water toys, bikes etc.
Large parking area offers plenty of parking for family members and friends.
Private Staircase/ramp beach access included.

| This place and its owners are amazing! You feel welcomed the moment you enter the door with fresh bread and authentic Acadien treats. Jean and Louise truly go out of their way to make you feel at home during your stay at their beach front cottage. Located close to Shediac and Moncton it is truly is a hidden gem in a sea of lesser cottages in the area. The view of the ocean is amazing, you can sit for hours in the morning over coffee admiring the view or go to nearby Aboiteau beach with your complementary pass and enjoy a beautiful not so crowded beach.
The cottage is well equipped with lots of home necessities that you may need if you're coming a long distance for your maritime vacation. This was our second trip and we can't wait for our third next summer.
