- The Town strictly enforces noise by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes fines for both guests and host.
- No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host.
- Maximum 6 cars allowed at the property.
- Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose.
- Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies if extra beds needed.
