The Sharbot Lakehouse is a private, year-round waterfront cottage rental directly on Sharbot Lake in Eastern Ontario. Sleeping up to seven guests in three bedrooms—including two king-bed rooms—it features a four-to-five-person hot tub overlooking the lake, private dock, central air conditioning, gas fireplace and reliable Wi-Fi. Unlike many secluded cottage rentals, the Sharbot Lakehouse is within walking distance of the village grocery store, café, restaurants, a public beach and K&P Trail. Outdoors: There are views of the lake from around the cottage including the fire pit and deck. Lots of room for lawn games (e.g. cornhole, bocce ball, and croquet provided). Off the deck, you will find a new 4-5 person hot tub with beautiful views. Follow several steps to the large dock for sun almost all day long and beautiful sunsets. | We had a wonderful week at this cottage and would absolutely come back. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and care into making it comfortable, welcoming and easy to settle into.
The setting is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake, a great dock and one of our favourite features — the sloped stairs into the water, which make it really easy to get in for a swim without having to jump off the dock. The hot tub was also a big hit.
Inside, the cottage is cozy, stylish and very well equipped. We loved the skylights, lighting, comfortable furniture, cottage décor and all the thoughtful little details throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were lots of games, plenty of fans, great water pressure in the shower, and hooks everywhere — a surprisingly wonderful cottage feature! Everything was well labelled and easy to figure out, and the welcome basket was such a lovely touch.
It's a great place for a relaxed week by the lake with friends or family. We had a fantastic stay and are already hoping to return next summer.

| The lakehouse is an amazing gem. All the conveniences of home (maybe more!) all situated on the beautiful Sharbot Lake. This is going to be an annual tradition for us. Not only is the property beautiful, clean, and extremely well kept, but the town is equally charming. I can't recommend this enough!
