All 210 feet of our waterfront is private (not shared) and yours to enjoy.
105 feet on The North Channel with a 24' Cantilever dock to swim or fish off of, or dock your boat on (dock has whips)! And 105 feet (part with a gradual water entrance) and a second dock to fish off of or to dock a boat a quiet bay- with the most GORGEOUS sunsets you've yet to see!!
Our 3 bedroom, cozy cottage is rustic and comfortable, and it's the perfect spot to feel a million miles away.

Our island is UNIQUE to say the least.
We boast beautiful sunrises through the North Channel (This narrow canal was built as a bypass for ships to navigate through while the St. Lawrence seaway was being created), and breathtaking sunsets overlooking the bay.
