We are now taking bookings for Summer of 2027! LOCATION - SO CLOSE! Enjoy the second longest freshwater beach in the world less than a 5 minute walk away at a leisurely pace. Use the supplied beach wagon to make getting there a breeze. It's just a bit further to Sauble River for a boat launch, great fishing and a place to rent toys. Travel up the Bruce Peninsula for endless day trip opportunities with the furthest point at Tobermory just over one hour's drive away. BEACHY, BRIGHT & CLEAN - Renovations to our cozy cottage were professionally done (drywall, flooring throughout, new windows, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, and a gorgeous new bathroom). The three bedrooms all have new mattresses; a king in one bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a third bedroom with a queen and a twin. STAY COOL (or warm ;)) - although the cottage is not air conditioned, every room has a ceiling fan as well as modern electric heaters for the shoulder season. ENJOY - high speed internet and a large screen smart TV with Roku, supplied dvds, games and puzzles. Outside you'll find a BBQ and a large deck with both shade and sun options for most of the day. Finish your days relaxing around the outdoor fire pit and fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach. | We had such a great time here! The cottage was fresh, modern, and super clean — perfect for our first getaway with our 9-month-old, especially with the beach just a short walk away. The wagon provided was a total lifesaver for hauling our beach stuff back and forth. We loved the comfy king bed (the ceiling fans kept things nice and cool), and the kitchen was so well stocked we didn't have to think twice about meals. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

| 'The pics in the listing do not do this cottage justice. It is so cozy, and comfortable. In fact the bed was comfier than ours at home! We really appreciated the nice new bathroom, not something you'd expect at a cottage. The beach is super close and there is a great beach cart to make trips easy. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and complimentary firewood was a nice touch. Hope to return again and again.'

| Exceptional family cottage! Location doesn't get any better. Hosts have thought of everything you'd need or want. Super clean. Spent a lot of time on the big deck as there was always a sunny or shady spot to choose from. The modern ceiling fans and heaters in every room kept us very comfortable. Will be back!

| We had an incredible week and can't wait to book for next year! The cottage was clean and spacious with lots of great amenities. What we loved the most included:
-king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds for the kids rooms
-fans throughout the cottage
-comfortable living room
-deck with lots of seating and umbrellas
-fire pit with wood (what a great touch!)
-a wagon and umbrella to take to the beach
The beach is only a 5 minute walk away so we spent most days there. The cottage is surrounded by trees so it felt secluded.
A sincere thank you to our hosts, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to book for next year!!!!!

| This cottage is so thoughtfully designed and set up! Perfect little walk to the beach. We were so delighted to see that paper towels, garbage bags, aluminum foil, etc. were provided. Very, very clean with comfortable mattresses and pillows, wagon provided to bring chairs and umbrellas to the beach! Owners so great- we definitely want to rent this beautiful beach house again.
