Nestled on close to 40 acres of waterfront property, this 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect place for relaxing or family fun.
Kayak down the river, swim from the sandy beach, fish bass from the shore, enjoy watching the sunrise over the Murray Islands and roast marshmallows around the fire pit at sunset.
For cozy evenings inside, the cottage boasts a screened in porch from which to enjoy the water view. Families will enjoy Kings Castle Provincial Park within walking distance.

We are located in Gladstone, Prince Edward Island. It is a rural part of southeastern Prince Edward Island but does have a licensed restaurant, called "The Deck" (2 minute drive from the cottage) and the Kings Castle Provincial Park within short walking distance. The Park is free, has an abundance of play structures for children and a canteen that serves ice cream.

Gladstone is located in between the two pictureque fishing villages of Murray Harbour and Murray River. Both of these villages would be approximately a 5 minute drive. Murray Harbour is home to "Harbourview" which is a popular licensed restaurant amongst tourists and locals alike. There is sometimes live music on the deck. There is a general store, "Butler's", which carries groceries and hardware, along with being a licensed liquore store. It has a nook where the locals (and others) are caught having coffee each morning while they catch up on the news. The Farmers Market is open every Saturday 9-1 pm and is located in the community centre. You can find a wide variety of locally grown vegetables, art and sometimes seafood. The Community Centre also houses the library. There may even be a ceilidh happening some evening at the centre. There is a post office as well as Nellie's Marina which is licensed and hosts live entertainment on weekends and has e bike rentals.
