This gorgeous newly renovated 4 season lake house is located in Monetville, Shanty Bay which is a part of Ontario's largest and most beautiful lake -Lake Nipissing. This allows for miles of boating, fishing and all other water activities across Lake Nipissing all the way to North Bay. Winter activities: We are located right on D103 which is just one of many OFSC trails that you can access from the boat launch, which is a minute away, down the road. Other activities include Cross-Country Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing and very popular ice fishing. Summer activities: If you prefer golfing, there is the Meadow Springs 18 holes golf course on Hwy 64 1.8km from the house. As well as a beautiful 2000 hectares Mashkinonje Provincial Park 10 minutes north, providing 30km of hiking trails, picnicking and bird watching. Excellent fishing off the dock or anywhere on the lake (bass, pike, walleye, muskie) 2 Kayaks provided with life jackets Diving platform Our property is on a year around serviced road. Only 8 minutes to the local town of Noelville that has a grocery and hardware store, as well as LCBO, beer store, pharmacy and a gas station. You have the chance to unwind and soak up the breath-taking lake view and the most beautiful sunset from the wrap around deck. Our large and private 2 acre property gives you privacy and is surrounded by trees and a beautiful shoreline. Well maintain large lawn backyard allows you to play outdoor games, enjoy evenings by the fire pit and screened in gazebo.

| We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The space is bright, clean, and very spacious, with stunning views of the lake from the family room that made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The cottage was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen with essentials such as spices, oil, flour, and other cooking basics. The large, spacious deck offered the perfect setting to enjoy meals outdoors, relax with family and friends, and take in the beautiful surroundings. Having both a BBQ and a Blackstone grill available made outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the multiple docks, which gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the lake in different ways - whether fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun. It was wonderful to have so much waterfront space to enjoy at our own pace.
The only small detail worth noting is that the cottage is technically a 1.5-bathroom setup: there is a half bathroom in the primary bedroom and a spacious main bathroom. This is a minor point, but it may be helpful for some guests to know when planning for a larger group.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped getaway with beautiful lake views, great outdoor amenities, and excellent waterfront access.

| We just returned home from renting this cottage, August 2025, and it was spectacular. The views and sunsets at this cottage were unbelievable. It had everything you want or needed. Great layout, water was great and so much space in and around the cottage for games and play, or just to unwind and relax. There really isn't anything bad I can say about this rental. It was a little of a drive for me, as I live in Toronto. But once there, it was worth it. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone out there.
