Nestled minutes from the picturesque town of Tobermory, Sunny Zorra Cottage offers an unforgettable family getaway. Known for its crystal clear waters, breathtaking sunsets, and the renowned Fathom Five National Marine Park. Our cottage boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the coastal charm of Tobermory. Imagine ending your day with a mesmerizing sunset, right from our deck. The space Introducing the Sunny Zorra Family Cottage! Get ready for the ultimate getaway in this charming cottage that will make you feel right at home. Step into the main level and be greeted by an inviting open concept kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The small yet functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, stove/ oven, microwave, and more. Whip up your favorite meals and enjoy them with your loved ones at the dining table.
The main level also boasts two cozy bedrooms. One room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and patio doors that lead to a deck, where you can soak up the sun and take in the breathtaking views. The other room is perfect for the little ones, with single bunk beds that will make their stay extra fun. A convenient four-piece bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes this level.
Head upstairs to discover even more comfort and relaxation. The second floor offers another spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. A three-piece bathroom with a shower is conveniently located nearby. Need to catch up on work? No worries! An office space is also available for your convenience.
The living room on the second floor is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the 32" TV with satellite and DVD player. Open the patio doors and step onto the elevated deck, where you can marvel at the stunning waterfront views and let the gentle breeze rejuvenate your senses.
The lower level of the cottage is equipped with a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Additionally, there is another room with a queen-sized bed and patio doors that lead to a cozy patio area. It's the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Please understand while we know it?s hard to not have your pet with you, we unfortunately can not accommodate pets in our cottage due to severe allergies with the owner, this unfortunately also means non shedding. Thank you for your understanding with this. This is strictly enforced.
With its prime waterfront location and comfortable amenities, the Sunny Zorra Cottage is the perfect destination for your next vacation.
Our family cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults, and 2 children to a total of 8. Children must be 14 and under. Our cottage is not set up for infants or young children.
* We do not offer any water crafts with this cottage.
The lakefront is a view of a little inlet that comes off of lake Huron. There is no sandy beach area and is just accessible by the dock itself. It is not child friendly. We have a walk way that transitions you to the dock with a deck area. Swimming is available from in front of the cottage past the inlet. Don't forget your watershoes! The rocky area is typical of the Bruce Peninsula.
There is also a wonderful park called the "Sunset Park" with an island to explore 4 minutes walk from the cottage!
Bring your kayak, canoe or paddleboard to explore the area - but be forewarned, the open water of Georgian Bay can be rough in bad weather, and care must be taken.
Our cottage is not set up for infants or young children.
