There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom downstairs (walk-out basement).
What makes this place stand out for guests is that we have separate sitting/
TV areas on each floor (the lower TV area also has a sofa bed which can be used like a 5th bedroom).
The main floor has a large A-frame design full of windows with a beautiful view of the lake.
This property is great for hosting 2 families, guests vacationing with in-laws, or families with teenagers. :)
For our guests' comfort and convenience, we provide all bedding, towels, and linens at no additional charge. This is quite rare in most area rentals.
The water is UV-filtered, and a water cooler dispenser is available. Water jugs are available for purchase at Eagle Lake Market (6 min drive).
All renters will be obligated to sign a Dysart et al. township rules of conduct waiver. This is a township by-law regulation. Failure to provide a signed waiver prior to arrival will forfeit their reservation.
