Seaview Cottage is a beautiful waterfront stay with four bedroom and 2.5 baths, located on 8 private acres resting off the Gulf of St. Lawrence in beautiful St. Margaret's/Clearspring, Prince Edward Island.

Built in 2016, Seaview combines modern luxury with stunning ocean views. This executive cottage has four spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8+ guests. The master suite features an ensuite and direct deck access. The expansive deck includes both covered and open areas, plus a screened-in space with a propane fireplace. Seaview also boasts its own private stairs leading directly to the beach. The beach is rocky directly in front of the cottage but a white sand beach is only a short drive away.

Seaview is located 10 minutes from the town of Souris which has all the offerings of a quaint town. Seaview is a short drive to three renowned golf courses, various popular lighthouses, and Basin Head beach (Singing Sands beach).

Seaview is also pet friendly!

Note: Travel towards Souris. Turn left onto New Zealand Road (last road before causeway). Travel 11 km to stop sign. Turn Right at stop sign and travel for 1 km. Watch for sign Wild Rose Lane and an orange buoy on left just past black mailbox on left. Travel down clay road for .7km. Seaview Cottage is straight ahead with 150 on post.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. The accommodations were amazing and the views were spectacular. We experienced the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Sheri and her husband provided everything we needed to arrive and jump right into our vacation. Her response timing to questions prior to and during our stay were prompt, helpful and engaging. They made it easy to book, secure and enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back.

Just a perfect home away from home. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. The house is beautiful with gorgeous vistas and every amenity you could possibly need. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of seating inside and out. We were 7 adults and a baby and were all very comfortable. Highly recommended!
