Tranquility on beautiful Beaver Lake

Great location 20 minutes north of the 401 from Napanee. An easy 2 hours from both Toronto & Ottawa.
The cottage has been upgraded with a modern kitchen & island that looks out onto the lake.
Brand new bathroom with shower stall & laundry room with washer & dryer. There is air conditioning, wood stove, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave & fire pit.
There is a flat screen tv, dvd player & excellent wi-fi. There are 3 bedrooms, one with queen bed with tv, dresser, 2nd room with 2 single bunk beds, dresser, 3rd bedroom has double bunk beds.
There is a separate bunkhouse with 2 single bunk beds. A 32 foot trailer that sleeps 6 with a slide out is available if interested. The main patio area has amazing views, overlooking the lake to enjoy during your morning coffee or evening wine. There a several separate lounging areas to take advantage of both with sun & shade. There is a bbq area & seating area off the cottage. The fire pit has a large sitting area to enjoy the evening campfires while enjoy looking at the lake.
Brand new docking system at the waterfront & your own private boat launch.
Jump off the docks or use the walkin water front which makes it ideal for smalll children or anyone who likes to wade in.
Beaver lake is known for great fishing (bass, pike, walleye).
Lake is quiet with minimal boat or seadoo activity.
The village of Tamworth is delightful & is only a 5 minute drive. There is a grocery store, hardware store, LCBO & the famous Lakeview Tavern.
