Relax with family and friends at this peaceful Shediac cottage in the heart of Cornwall Point Community. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views from the deck or the huge metal gazebo. A great place to gather with family or reconnect with friends.
The cottage is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy the outdoors. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms (one queen bedroom + one double bedroom) and a new pull out double sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and a washer and dryer. The house is air conditioned with a heat pump and ceiling fans.
The open concept living areas, with vaulted shiplap ceilings, offers a great place to gather, share meals and relax together. The large patios and gazebo are well equipped with lots of places to dine and sit. There is also a bonfire area and a Napoleon BBQ on the back deck near the door to the kitchen. The large gazebo is a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a board game or read a book or magazine, or just sit and watch the birds and the squirrels playing in the trees. The cottage lanes are great for an early morning or an evening walk.
This cottage is located in a quiet coastal community surrounded by water and trees. There is also a community maintained park with badminton, volleyball, basketball, and a small children's play structure. You are welcome to use it. Please be respectful of the equipment and other cottagers.
