Escape to a newly renovated,beautiful waterfront cottage on Olive Lake. This 3 bedroom cottage,located on a 1.5 acre lot with over 300ft of water frontage facing due west and south for beautiful sunsets. Located just 40 minutes north of North Bay in the beautiful Marten River/Temagami region.
The property has a dock(swim ladder attached) for 2 boats,sandy bottom of dock and is accessed via a private launch.Olive Lake is a private lake and home to an abundant stock of pickerel and smallmouth bass and being a private lake does not have much traffic on it.
The cottage has a large deck with steel roof gazebo with curtains/mosquito netting,patio table with minimum 6 chairs so you can enjoy your meals outside with a BBQ while enjoying the beautiful view.
As you enter the cottage you can enjoy the very comfortable porch overlooking the lake with lots of seating and large windows to view bald eagles,otters or other wildlife!
Entering the main cottage the smell of pine soothes your senses and welcomes you into the open concept kitchen/living room with plenty of room to dine or relax.
Amenities such has new appliances including dishwasher,heat pump AC,Bell HD Satellite TV,Bluetooth Stereo,DVD player,washer and dryer and all dishes including pots/pans and utensils are included.Also for rainy days we have a good selection of DVDs.
The beautiful cedar panelled bathroom has a large vanity and a large walk in shower.
Their are 3 bedrooms,2 with 2 double beds each and 1 with a queen bed.Each room comes with a good size dresser for storage.
