Stairs to access the front door, stairs to bottom level of the cottage where there is a third bedroom, bathroom, games room and media room. Stairs down to hot tub and fire pit area in the backyard from the upper deck where the BBQ, outdoor kitchen and dining area.
Other things to note
Please note that our home is located in a very quiet area it was one of the things that we loved about the home and why we bought it. You feel like you are a world away and can really relax and unwind while having everything you need from a bustling town, beautiful lake, fine dining and amazing wineries all around you. This cottage is not suited for groups looking to party the night away on the deck or in the hot tub, blast music in the hot tub or at the fire pit till the early morning hours. We want to offer a true escape for our guests and putting the Kingsville Escape together has been a labour of love, including choosing the location, home and all the amenities we added. We want our guests and neighbours to continue to enjoy this beautiful ?escape? as well.
