Beautiful 100-year old cottage with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and amentities. Big enough for family reunions, work retreats, or just family and friends. The large dock is located down a path from the house with exceptional access to Lake Massawippi. Minutes from North Hatley's shops and restaurants, and a short drive from Hovey Manor.
The house consists of a great room with multiple seating areas and a dining table that seats 14. 1 bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Main hallway opens to 6 bedrooms and a screened porch. Dogs welcome!
