| We really enjoyed our stay. You can tell this cottage is deeply cared for! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, cooking equipment, and spices - bring your own oil, vinegar, and condiments. The water for swimming is excellent. The dock is shaded for the full afternoon (at least in late August when we went), in the heat of summer that could be nice but we found it too cool for swimming most days at the end of the season. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking and there are fun little islands to visit nearby. Gabriel was very responsive and helpful. The gravel road in has steep sections and we were grateful we had an SUV. I think a car could make it in but we would have been a little nervous about getting stuck. That being said, our friend's van made it in and out okay!

| We spent 2 amazing weeks at this beautiful cottage (end of July, beginning of August) and loved it so much we can't wait to return. The cottage was perfect for our family of 5 with comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone including the grandparents who joined us for a few nights. The bunkie is a beautiful and a perfect spot for anyone who likes to be able to escape to a quiet place at the end of the day.
Our host provided us with a very thorough welcome document that included a lot of tips on fun things to do in the area although we never felt the need to leave the lake! The lake is great for water adventures - we did a lot of canoeing and kayaking in the provided boats, spent hours swimming out in the nice deep water easily accessible right off the dock. The fishing off the dock was great with the kids catching countless sunfish, large mouth bass etc. We were serenaded daily by the loons and saw lots of turtles, and birds of prey as they swooped down to pick their lunch out of the lake.
The cottage kitchen is small but very well equipped for all your cooking needs. The indoor seating area is comfortable and cozy and there are plenty of games to keep you entertained on rainy days or in the evening.
Definitely heed the warnings about parking and do not go all the way down to the cottage unless you have all wheel drive. We parked at the top of the hill with our van and are super glad we did as it was still a bit of a challenge to get out.

| We spent a lovely week at the cottage. Everything was as described, with complete kitchen and cottage comforts. The dock is nicely shaded for part of the day with full sun for the other part - something for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the deck, on the dock, swimming, and enjoying the lake. I will.say that the common space got very hot during the afternoon - we were there during a heat wave - but the swimming was so good, we didn't mind! Super comfy beds, and the screened in porch would be great in very buggy years. Attentive and responsive owners, too. We definitely hope to return!

| Really enjoyed staying. The Lake was amazing. Perfect for canoeing, diving off dock, swimming, floating with loons swimming by us and we watched a deer swim across to an island. Lots of fish to catch. So relaxing. Great rustic wooden cottage overlooking lake. Excellent sleeping arrangements. Would like to stay again, time permitting. Lots to explore.
