Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay
This covers a full professional cleaning of the cottage, including linens, towels, and general sanitizing after each guest.
Pet Fee: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets)
Please let us know in advance if you're bringing pets. Well-behaved pets only, and we ask that they stay off the furniture.
Administration Fee: $45 per booking
This covers guest communication, booking coordination, and payment processing.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
