Welcome to Cedar Court Cottage. This cozycottage is just 4 minute walk to the nicest beach in southampton. Fully equiped kitchen with stove, fridge, keurig coffee maker + full brew pot, kettle, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, toaster, blender, crockpot, bbq & utensils. All bedding and towels provided. High speed internet, lamps have charging stations in them, starter toiletries include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid hand soap. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher. easy self check in with lock codes (no keys). Large open family room . Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. Outside seating for meals and separate sitting area with gas fire table. Cottage rules include a short term rental agreement with 500.00 damage deposit (returned within 5 days) no parties, no smoking inside cottage and sorry no pets. | We had one of the best cottage weeks we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We loved spending our mornings on the deck enjoying breakfast before heading out for the day.
The walk to the beach was short and easy, even with young kids, and the beach itself was incredible—beautiful soft sand, plenty of space to play, and so many fun swing sets and activities nearby. Having the Fry Shack just down the road was a huge bonus, and being within walking distance of the main strip made it so easy to explore the shops, grab delicious ice cream, and enjoy live music in town during our evening walks.
The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even on the rainy mornings, we had a great time playing games like Monopoly together. The hosts truly thought of everything and made us feel right at home.
Overall, this was one of our favourite cottage vacations, and we can't recommend it enough. We would absolutely love to come back!

| We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy town cottage! The vibe of the place was warm and welcoming it really felt like a home away from home. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the best parts was the location just a short walk to the beach and also within easy walking distance to town. It made everything super convenient, whether we were heading out for a morning stroll by the water or grabbing dinner in town. Which I would highly recommend the Walker house or Gerry's on the beach!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beachside getaway!

| We had a great stay at this Southampton cottage! Everything was very clean and newly updated, which made it feel fresh and comfortable. It's just a short walk to the beach, and also conveniently close to town. We especially enjoyed dining at the Walkerhouse excellent food and a lovely atmosphere on the patio. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
