Cosy 2 bedroom cottage located on the Gulf Shore Road, 7 kms. from the village of Pugwash, 1.8 kms. To Northumberland Links18 hole championship layout golf course, 15 kms. to Fox Harbr golf course, 45 mins/ 55kms. to the town of Amherst, Moncton Airport 111 kms, Halifax Airport 146 kms.
Cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, living room with an airtight wood stove with a glass door to enjoy the fire, t.v with satellite and air-conditioning. 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, vanity, tub with shower, washer and dryer. The other has toilet, vanity and shower.
The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other with a double and 2 twins.
Enjoy the the screened in sun porch during rainy or very warm days. Comes with a second fridge, bbq. table, L-shaped couch. This leads out to a large deck with another L-shaped chesterfield, picnic table with umbrella and a charcoal BBQ, large cart with folding chairs for beach use.
Back yard has a firepit with 6 adirondack chairs, and a trampoline. There are some trees and flowering bushes bordering the property.
The beach has a large sand bar and the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. Newly constructed eastern white cedar steps,
80 in total.
The owner lives on the same parcel of land with a wooden privacy separating the 2 properties.

| Wonderful stay once again! Plenty of room for everyone, very functionnal cottage with nothing missing to enjoy our time on the beach! Very short walk to the beautiful beach and warm waters. Added bonus, we got to bring our dogs with us. Screened-in porch made all the difference for us, we spent all our time there mostly! Would recommend if you are looking for a nice place close to water.

| We stayed 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Tons of room in the kitchen and eating area as well as lots of sleeping accommodations. The cottage was clean, bright and inviting. The screened in porch is great, evenings sitting there playing board games or reading was terrific. It is only a short walk to the beach with well maintained and sturdy stairs leading to the water from the top of the bank. Our 2 little dogs loved the stay as well. Thank you Darlene and Bruce for making the cottage available to those of us who love to be on the Northumberland Strait.
