Access: Property spans 5 levels from main lodge to beach (approximately 100 steps)

> 5) private beach and dock on Sandy Lake.
From our main lodge to the lake is around 100 steps downhill with resting areas and various outdoor areas along the way. Most physically fit adults take few minutes to go downhill and uphill. Please proceed with care and wear proper shoes.
Swim spa deposit: $800 refundable deposit required for access
Property layout: The whole property has a total of 45+ indoor spaces throughout including extensive common spaces, inquire for our virtual 3D map!
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The entire space is included in this rental except for the manager's suite, the attic and the treatment room.
For security purposes, there are outdoor surveillance cameras installed at the entrance, parking lot & lakefront lawn, and overlooking our semi-open swim spa. No indoor cameras for guest privacy.
