| 2026 will be our third year renting Lake Nipissing Waterfront retreat. The cottage is spacious, very clean and well maintained. The grounds and water views are spectacular. The large deck, abundance of seating and umbrellas make that area a great place to enjoy the sunshine and water. If we aren't by the water, the large screen porch is another great spot to relax and enjoy the summer breezes without the pests. We hope to take advantage of the nearby trails this year...Access to groceries and LCBO a short drive away. The owners are super responsive, so great to deal with. It's been a perfect spot for my family....
