This stunning brand new (2025 built) cottage is located on the best lake of kawarthas (Balsam Lake) with your very own lakefront.

Set amongst the charming tree lined shore of Balsam lake, this stunning cottage sleeps 12 comfortably. We offer direct access to the water and the most breathtaking view you could imagine.

The cottage is within a short drive (15 minutes) to local small shops/restaurants.

The Main floor of this cottage has cathedral ceilings, open plan living room with large fireplace and kitchen with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and beverage centre).

Cottage sleeps 12 people in over 5 bedrooms. Master bedroom offers Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk out to deck with lake view. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom comes with double/twin bunk bed.

There is a Games room downstairs with a large screen TV, billiards table, foosball and board games.

What a great place to ring in the new year with friends. Rob and Sep were attentive and responsive hosts. The cottage was beautiful with plenty of space. The hot tub was a hit. Thank you for a great stay.
