This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two living areas, a dining area, a large kitchen, and laundry facilities.

Outside you can enjoy a spacious deck with incredible views of Lake Erie. The deck features a table and chairs, 2 outdoor couches, 2 swivel chairs, and a gazebo for your enjoyment.

Down at the beach you have 50 feet of beachfront to call your own. Four paddleboards, and two kayaks await your adventures. 2 lounge chairs, and a stack of Muskoka chairs sit poised to hold you while you soak in the sun and waves.

The outbuilding at the beach is not part of the rental, but will not be rented to any other guest during your stay at the Ryerse Retreat. For returning responsible guests the boathouse can be rented for an additional fee.

Norfolk County is a great place for a getaway. Port Dover is a charming lakeside town with lots of interesting shops, and a mini-putt for your children or those who are young at heart. Turkey Point is 15 minutes away and is a popular beach location with a lakeside nightlife. Simcoe is 15 mins away and has 4 grocery stores, a Walmart, a Canadian Tire, 4 pharmacies and lots of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

This cottage was our home for 8 years, but life required our family to move 90 mins away. This unique property and the neighbours on the laneway are dear to our hearts. This is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation with the special people in your life. This is not a party property, Turkey Point or Port Dover is a much better fit if you're looking for some spirited fun. This property is a low key haven to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy a beautiful spot to rest, relax and to make some memories.
