Living Spaces
Designed for relaxation and connection, the main level of Big Tub Lookout features a spacious great room with panoramic views of Big Tub Harbour. This room is a visual masterpiece—anchored by handcrafted, locally sourced stone floors that bring a sense of timeless craftsmanship and natural texture to the space.
Gather around the propane fireplace, settle into cozy seating, and take in the ever-changing light that dances across the stone underfoot. The open-concept design includes the dining table made from locally sourced lumber, with patio doors and windows showcasing the surrounding landscape. It's an inviting hub for meals, conversation, and quiet moments.
Upstairs, a separate sitting room invites laid-back lounging with a generous sectional couch featuring built-in recliners—ideal for kicking back after long hikes or curling up with a good book. There's also a Smart TV for evening entertainment and a game table stocked with a small collection of board and card games.
Kitchen & Dining
The modern chef's kitchen at Big Tub Lookout is designed for function and ease, featuring granite countertops, an oversized gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Sleeping Arrangements
Big Tub Lookout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children 12 or under) across 3 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each featuring ceiling fans to keep the air moving on warm summer nights.

Occupancy Limit
Please note that in accordance with Municipal Short-Term Accommodation Regulations, we are unable to host 8 adults. There is a maximum of 6 adults, and 2 additional guests are only allowed if they are children aged 12 or under.
