A cozy, pet-friendly, all-season cottage on the peaceful shores of Lake Saint Peter—just 3 hours from the GTA and 20 minutes from Bancroft.

Perfect for families, couples, and snowmobilers & ATV riders, this retreat offers a private sandy beach, a relaxing hot tub, and direct access to trails and outdoor activities. It's the ideal place to unwind, explore, and make memories.

This was a last minute getaway decision and exactly what we needed. The owners were very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. Even though it mostly rained we were still able to enjoy the multitude of water toys on a very peaceful lake. The hot tub came in handy after a swim. The cottage was cozy and exactly what we needed.

We stayed at Meghan's luxury waterfront cottage with our three teenage children to get away from the Toronto and explore Algonquin Provincial Park. The location is perfect, 20 min from Algonquin's East Gate, 30 min to the best hikes in the park, directly on the idyllic Lake St Peter far away from the road so you don't hear it and with your own jetty and lake access. We used the 3 kayaks and the paddle boat every day and swam in the lake before jumping in the hot tub.
The house is well equipped with a full kitchen with full size and mini fridge and freezer (though no dishwasher), full size tv (which we had no time to use), record player with great selection of classic records and all the windows have mosquito nets. There is AC in all the rooms also. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire place roasting marshmallows using the fire wood provided.

Meggan was very friendly and answered all our questions. A wonderful cottage for 4-6 people.

We have rented several cottages over the years and this was by far the best one. The communication from Meg was top-tier from beginning to end. The cottage was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The waterfront was spectacular with a sandy area where our kids spent hours playing and building, a sandy-entry into the water which made it easy for them and the water mat which was also a huge hit. We caught several bass off the dock and the amount of water toys was spectacular. The fire pit was also a great way to relax at night with wood being supplied. We would definitely consider coming back again in the future as we had a lot of great memories here in such a short period of time.

WOW! What a wonderful, clean, tidy, and organized cottage! The owners have truly thought of everything. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and everything was absolutely spotless.

Meg was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent from our very first contact right through to the end of our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The loft was an amazing space for the kids to hang out and play.

We had such a fantastic time enjoying the lake. We caught three largemouth bass during our week-long stay, and the dock was perfect for fishing and jumping in. We also made great use of the kayaks, and the water mat was a huge favourite!

We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful the area was. The lake itself was so tranquil, and being right at the water's edge made the experience even more special. The beautiful sunrise over the lake was picture perfect each morning. The small sandy beach with its gradual sand walk-in was perfect, especially with the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quaint, peaceful, clean, and well-equipped getaway. If you're considering booking, don't hesitate—you won't be disappointed! We would definitely love to return!
